Google Android infringed Oracle Java, Jury Says

After weeks of trial, Jury has found that Google violated/infringed Oracle Java technology by using java in Android mobile operating systems, but a final decision has not been made on this verdict.

By this statement of jury, Oracle seems winning lawsuit against Google Android.

Jury will find in coming days that weather this copyright infringement is covered by law or not.

Google has declared a mistrial.

Google claimed that Java APIs are not copyrightable according to fair use policy just like grammar of any language.

Oracle claim against Google Android enters into a new phase and final decision will be made by jury in coming days.

It is shown during a court trial between Oracle and Google on Java infringe that Android mobile operating system was in loss in financial year 2010. Exact amount was not shown but judge gave a hint of money loss of Android mobile operating system as reported by Reuters.
